There are some medications that can make Parkinson's disease worse, those medications include but are not limited to: Compazine (brand)/Prochlorperazine (generic), Phenergan (brand)/Promethazine (generic), and Reglan (Brand)/Metoclopramide (generic). Or ANY drug that depletes dopamine.

Older antipsychotics like Haldol or Thorazine (and others) can worsen Parkinson's symptoms by blocking dopamine receptors in the brain.

Antiemetics (anti-nausea), Antihypertensive medication like Reserpine and Methyldopa can deplete dopamine stores.

Decongestants can interfere with Parkinson's Medication, and you should always consult your doctor before taking OTC cold medication when you are sick.

This is NOT a full and comprehensive list but a good start.
